Job Description

1)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To grow KCBB Custody business portfolio and clientele. 
• To market the Custody business 
• To maintain KCBB expenses within budget.
• To prepare and respond to tender documents relating to Custody Business
• To over-see and authorize all Custody operations
• To interact with the Regulators to discuss all matters that may affect Custody business in Burundi.
• To maintain KCBB Client Relationship
• To manage, monitor and resolve all client queries
• To handle all staff, matter in KCBB Custody Services.
• To analyze the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• To set-up conference calls with clients to handle unclear issue on the market processes

2) THE PERSON

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized academic institution;
• Master's Degree as added advantage;
• Total professional experience of 3 years minimum in Banking sector;  
• Excellent planning, organization and Business report writing skills;
• Excellent ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions;
• Demonstrates knowledge of the fundamentals of the unit, processes, policies and procedures; 
• Requires regular coaching, supervision, and guidance to complete tasks to required standards.
